1. Returns due to Manufacturing Defects or Shipping Damage

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect or has been damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will require detailed descriptions and photographic evidence of the defect or damage. Once the defect or damage is confirmed by us, we will issue a replacement product or, if a replacement is not available, a full refund of the purchase price to the source payment method.

2. No Returns based on Dislike of Product

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges simply based on dislike of the product, change of mind, or similar reasons. Please carefully consider your purchase before finalizing.

3. Shipping Costs for Returning Goods

If you are returning goods due to a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, we will cover the return shipping costs for orders within India. We will provide you with a shipping label and detailed instructions on how to return the item.

4. Processing Refunds

Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned goods in the case of a manufacturing defect or shipping damage. The refund will be applied to the original method of payment. If you have not received your refund within this period, please contact us.

5. Non-refundable Items

Sale items, promotional products, gift cards, and similar items are non-refundable.
