1) Returns due to Manufacturing Defects or Shipping Damage

• If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect or was damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
• Provide a detailed description and clear photographs of the defect/damage.
• Once confirmed by our team, we will issue a replacement or, if unavailable, a full refund to the original payment method.

2) No Returns based on Dislike or Change of Mind

Owing to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as dislike of the product, change of mind, or similar preferences. Please review product details carefully before purchasing.

3) Shipping Costs for Returning Goods

• For approved returns due to manufacturing defects or shipping damage within India, we will cover return shipping costs.
• You will receive a prepaid shipping label and instructions for the return.

4) Processing Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item (for approved defect/damage cases).
• Refunds are credited to the original method of payment.
• If you haven’t received your refund after this period, please contact us.

5) Non-Refundable Items

• Sale items, promotional products, gift cards, and similar items are non-refundable.
